Amma has often prescribed the "1000 Names" as a powerful spiritual practice for invoking the Grace and Protection of the Divine Mother. She asks that the residents in all Her ashrams repeat them every morning and has emphasized the importance of repeating the Names during these uncertain times.

The AMMA Center is offering an ongoing tutorial to help those interested in learning to say the 1000 Names . The 1000 Names Pronunciation class meets every other Sunday from 1pm to 2:30pm at the Temple. Schedule is subject to change so please call 982-9801 to confirm.
