Get Involved
Seva means selfless service. If you feel like you would like to
work on a specific project, just come by to the ashram and we will
give you instructions on what to do and where the tools are. You
can then work at your own pace and your own schedule.

Southwest Regional Retreat
The Regional Retreats are ways in which Mother's children can unite
and commune throughout the year between our Guru's visits to the
USA. The Southwest region is comprised of the satsangs from New
Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Arizona. However, we sometimes receive
guests from other states as well, such as a van of devotees who
drove in from Oklahoma for Amma's birthday in the Fall of 2007.
The ashram comes alive with buzzing activity, great meals are served
and people experience the oneness of Mother's blessing throughout
a weekend of renewal and contemplation. If anyone would like
to lead a workshop during any of the upcoming retreats, or is interested
in helping to organize a retreat, please contact Navina at sebastian108@newmexico.com.
SEVA NEWS
THE CHILDREN'S SATSANG IS GROWING STRONG!
Are you looking for a fun and rewarding way to offer service
to Amma? Maybe something that only requires your help for a
portion of a Saturday night Satsang? The Childrens Satsang
may be the answer!
Ongoing efforts to improve Childrens Satsang have brought
forth wonderful new ideas and we need your help to make them possible.
The upcoming events in Childrens Satsang include:
reading and related art projects and skits from the Ramayana, book
making with an Amma theme, Flowers From the Heart art
project, making Valentines cards for a local nursing home,
making clothes for Amma dolls, simple guided meditations/visualizations,
and ever so much more.
We need assistants for these projects, including readers for the
Ramayana, and any one with a brief (2-3 minute) guided meditation/visualization
that they would like to share with the children.
If you would like to sign up or have questions,
contact Kusumum at mahamomo@hotmail.com
Hugs and Thanks from Amma's little children!
