IAM Meditation Classes
(run from 8:30 am – 5 pm in the temple):

Fee:  $15 to cover the cost of a light vegetarian lunch, snacks and handouts.  There is no cost for the class itself.

Refresher Schedule:

Energize and strengthen your practice with Refresher classes held the first Saturday of each month from 5 – 6:30 pm in the ashram puja room/library:
