Rejuvenate your Self, basking in the river of love that is
Amma's Holy presence. Retreats with Amma are full of inspiring
activities: Yoga, Meditations, Entertaining classes with Swamis,
Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique course and refreshers,
IAM for Youth, Q and A with Amma, Special dinner served by
her, and the highlight of course - Amma's darshan blessings.
Retreat begins with dinner the evening of the 24th, and continues

practice for invoking the Grace and Protection of the Divine

| Learn the 108 Names of Amma |
|
The Amma Center is offering a weekly study session to assist
those who are interested in practicing the pronunciation of
the 108 Names of Amma. The class will be approximately a half
an hour long, and will be a call and response learning session,
beginning at 5pm each Saturday in the ashram puja room. Bring
your iPod's and tape recorders, archana book, and your enthusiasm!
And please call the ashram to confirm each week at 505-982-9801
ext. 20 in case there is a class cancellation for that particular
week.
